A new Joint-venture between Ravago Group and Fibrotermica, resulted in the creation of a new company named Ravatherm Hellas S.A. , recently rebranded to Ravago Katerini. Its scope includes the production and sales of extruded polystyrene (XPS) products in Greece and abroad. The plant is located in Northern Greece (Katerini, Pieria).
The new company will play an important role in XPS in the wider region, elaborating Ravago Group's capabilities in the Balkan region. Company's commercial policy is based on respect to customers and targeting to support existing distribution networks.
Extruded polystyrene foam boards of high quality and extremely good properties due to their incomparably low thermal conductivity indicator (λ). The boards are produced in a technically advanced production line under automatic and strictly controlled temperature and pressure conditions, while they are submitted to thorough quality control through the whole process of their production.
