Women are on the verge of breaking the traditional glass ceiling that obstructed them from entering leadership positions even if they possessed the requisite skills and talent to occupy them. They are constantly evolving and when in leading positions show a more transformational and task-focused overall approach. According to studies women seem to be more cooperative and collaborative when it comes to teamwork and their communication style allows more space in accomplishing a goal.
Group’s country manager, Cleri Rontiri, acknowledged the importance of women in leadership and decided for women in managerial functions (eg. HR, Finance, Sales, Plant etc) including her to take part in a webinar dedicated to “Women in Leadership” and empowerment. One would say that gender parity in leadership is important since the diversity of perspectives gives the chance for true progress to happen.
The Webinar, which offered a 100% virtual experience, evolved around a more personal talk through and storytelling journey that included workshops with and interviews of 7 world-leading entrepreneurs and businesswomen.
The core model of the Webinar referred to as the “Women in Leadership” model discussed the importance of awareness, boldness, clarity in the articulation of ideas that enable forward momentum, connection, influence, and inspiration. Everything seems to be interconnected and directly connected to achieving success.
The Master Classes that took part reminded more of a Workshop-like experience that aimed at a better understanding of the Keynote Speakers’ speeches. These masterclasses are specifically designed for women that are willing and striving to overcome hurdles in their professional evolution and growth.
