Ravago Greece Group's Management, always taking under consideration the importance of lifelong learning, decided to offer the chance to Group’s High Potentials of Ravago Greece to attend a Seminar hosted by Linkage Greece regarding managerial and coaching skills. A team of 30 people from neuralgic departments who are directly interconnected with Group’s business growth, such as HR, Marketing, Payroll, Sales Procurement, Production and Logistics took part on this Pathway seminar.
Seminar included 4 sessions such as essentials of management, essentials of coaching, action learning and “Producing Results” based on Jack Welch’s approach and finally managing self & inner critic followed by leadership values through story telling.
Pathway by Linkage also included some new features such as managing conflict in the workplace and personality poker.
Key learnings from this discussion were how to collaborate and conflict, conflict in Organizations, the 5-conflict management style, tips to avoid conflict, how to build a self-management framework that will immediately (and positively) impact working relationships and how to become a more effective leader.
One on one intervals of personal development executive coaching also took place between sessions and a personal development plan was designed.
This initiative was very enlightening, and Management was very satisfied by the approach of the coaches and sessions.
Performance appraisal reports have shown that these seminars at last are enhancing personnel’s managerial skills and are promoting healthy business and corporate environments while offering the space needed for one to excel.
